Transportation/Shipping
Ships at sea must notify the US Coast Guard 96 hours before arriving in a US port and provide detailed information on the crew, passengers, cargo and voyage history. These Notices of Arrival (NOA) are then analyzed using extensive databases and input from the intelligence community. This rules-based system identifies high-risk targets before they arrive in the United States.
While the systems currently in place are the premier tools for performing transactional risk assessments for single ships or containers, they can not identify patterns involving different ships arriving at different ports at different times, they can not learn to include or exclude certain information as situations change, and they can not propose new rules as circumstances require.
This is just one of the possible scenarios that SentryPort Technologies can help mitigate for your operation. Ask how Security Resource Management™ can work for you.
SentryPort SAFE™ could securely transmit the NOAs from many containers, ships and ports, and combine that mass of data in a secure vault where SentryPort Sentinel™ can use its multiple intelligence engines to spot previously unidentified risks, propose new rules and automatically implement those rules if so desired with no programming updates required.
